About the owner: We’re Eric and Patrick and we moved from the Windy City (Chicago) to Love City (St. John)! After many trips to the Caribbean, and several to St. John, we knew that St. John just “felt right.” We connected with the pure beauty of the island, it’s people, it’s lifestyle, and that the U.S. flag flew above. Dreaming to escape the snowy winters of the Midwest and realizing that life is just too short, we finally decided it was time make the move. Seas the Day Villa is veteran owned and operated. Why the Owner Chose Chocolate Hole: We chose this location because it offers a killer view of the Caribbean sea, it’s proximity to Cruz Bay but yet still far enough away, and a wonderful neighborhood.
