Come on up the stairs and enter the house. The family area is a soft powder blue with two couches and a flat screen TV. It opens out onto a screen porch decked with rocking chairs– the perfect place for friendly conversation or snuggling up to read a book! Follow the walkway out onto the sun deck for reclining or observing the ocean life. Two outdoor showers, both with hot/cold water, are conveniently located: one enclosed just off the porch and one as you walk up from the beach.

This cottage is furnished for up to four couples or two small families, but also could be a cozy get-a-way for two! There are two queen bedrooms, a king bedroom and a twin trundle daybed that turns into a king. The king, one queen and the trundle share the hall bathroom. The master bedroom with an ocean view has a private bath.

Escape cloudy days in the bright décor of the downstairs game room, equipped with a foosball table and sitting area with another flat screen TV. High efficiency washer/dryer, storage area for beach chairs, and a second refrigerator are accessible via interior and exterior entrances. There is a charcoal grill for tenant use. (charcoal not provided)

Pet friendly, but only one dog allowed under 50 lbs, and no Tenant smoking.
