360 degrees of heaven, the most magnificent views on Topsail… The house is absolutely fabulous and laid out for your enjoyment… Check out our pictures! With a surround view of the ocean and intracoastal waterway….the best sunsets on the island can be found on the top deck! Did I forget to mention we have our own private beach access with a deck… just across from the pool? We always heat this in the spring in fall… so everyone can enjoy a quick dip! And, we have access to a private day dock where your friends can boat over and tie up with no hassell.

About Topsail:
Topsail is 30 minutes North of Wilmington and about two hours East of Raleigh. The Island has beautiful sandy beaches with very little traffic (with the exception of check-out time!). A new Harris Teeter (open now) and a Movie Theatre that we hope will be open by summer 2013. We currently have an IGA on the Island that carries all your basic needs and a Food Lion just before you cross the bridge.

There are several great restaurants to enjoy while vacationing or you could just cook at home and relax… while enjoying the most beautiful sunset ever. Kayaking and bike rentals, paddle boarding and surfing… all are available. A very family oriented island… you will find that once you discover Topsail, you will come back year after year!

About the house:
Perfect for large family reunions, company/management retreats or multiple families wishing to spend the holidays or vacation time together. Each room boasts comfortable bed(s) and all have private bathrooms.

This professionally decorated home two dining rooms overlooking the Sound with a bar encircling the kitchen that seats 13. Two flat-screen plasma TV’s with room for all to have a comfy seat. Breathtaking views off the front and back decks… This is the tallest house in the area and so you can literally see for miles.

The kitchen is better than home… a dream gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, two sinks, two dishwashers, two ice-makers – well – you get the picture! All the amenities you will need to cook a wonderful meal or cater in..

The third floor has two large master suites, ocean-side, with a Whirlpool bath tub, separate shower and walk in closet. Both open onto the back deck over-looking the pool and the ocean. On the far side of this floor are two queen bedrooms, both with private bathrooms and decks with a Sound-view.

The second floor has two additional king bedrooms with private balconies overlooking the pool and the ocean with another family room that has a day bed with a single trundle, TV and refrigerator. Across the hall, there are is a bunk bed with a full on bottom and single on top, a single across from the bunk bed. On the far side are two bedrooms, one has a full bed with a single trundle and one has two queens and a single. These bedrooms have private bathrooms along with sound-side views on their decks.

The first floor or entry area is where you will find the laundry room. The elevator is just inside the door waiting to take you upstairs to the ‘room with a view.’ There is a large private driveway with tons parking available. (up to nine cars)
