This hilltop property, bordering the Virgin Islands National Park, has two air-conditioned bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths. Spectacular views, and beautifully designed lush landscaping complete this tropical paradise. The property includes mango, papaya, banana, soursop, peppers, eggplant, tomatoes and many other fruits, vegetables and herbs.

We are requesting minimum stays of 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday in season and for holiday weeks. Shorter stays and alternate dates will be considered off-season when they fit an existing gap in the calendar, or for last minute reservations with availability.

The Greenhouse Villa is a 3-story property, built into the hillside. The main entrance level features an open floor plan, with a kitchen, dining bar, living room, and glass doors which separate the outdoor screened living area and dining area. An interior staircase connects the main level with the master bedroom, which is directly below. The master bedroom has it’s own screened-in living area, with en-suite bath, walk in closet, King bed.

An exterior staircase connects the lower bedroom to the rest of the house. The second bedroom can either be set up as one King, or two Twin beds, depending on your preference. Each level offers the same fantastic view, and both bedrooms have absolute privacy as well as air-conditioning.

There is WiFi throughout the house for guests who wish to stay connected. There is also a TV in each bedroom, as well as the living room, and the house has Dish Satellite so you can keep up with your favorite shows. The audio system is powered by SONOS and allows users to operate the audio with their very own smart phone. Simply download the application and the controls are yours. You will instantly have access to every artist and album ever recorded at any time all at your finger tips! So turn up the music and enjoy.

Where as there are many lovely villas and beautiful views on Saint John, the location, design, and amenities of The Greenhouse Villa make it quite unique. The spectacular mountaintop setting and views are considered one of the finest in the Caribbean. The breathtaking views can be enjoyed from every room, so you may never want to leave the house! The Greenhouse Villa has close proximity to North Shore beaches, and yet is only 20 minutes to the Cruz Bay ferry dock.

PLEASE NOTE: The Greenhouse is a non-smoking villa, both inside and out.

A security deposit of $500 is requested prior to check in, which is mailed back upon departure assuming there is no damage to the property. There are no other fees.

Parents, please note that this property is not suitable for children under the age of 8 due to the layout of the house. Bedrooms are located on separate levels, accessed by both interior and exterior stairs, and the villa is not child-proofed
