Yes! Just 30 steps from the condo to the powdery white sand beach. I am proud to say that the unit is even better than the pictures, lots of upgrades and additions that truly make this the best condo in the building. This is a GENUINE one bedroom that sleeps four and more comfortably. It is not one of those studios with a small bed niche that others in the building try to pass off as a one bedroom. It has a deluxe King sleigh bed with pillow top mattress in the bedroom. There is a top of the line full size sleeper sofa. There are also a smaller sleeper couch and air mattresses for extra guests. You will find plenty of linens and a full size Kenmore washer/dryer in the condo. There is unlimited high speed access and a wireless signal for your personal laptops. The full kitchen has a large refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, double sink, microwave, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker and all kitchen amenities. There are two LCD TVs. You will also find two clock radios and a land line phone. The latest upgrades include granite counter tops and travertine type flooring. You will enjoy visiting because most of the time you have the white sandy beach completely to yourself. The water is safe because there is a reef area a quarter mile out which blocks the waves. It is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Hauula is on the opposite side of the island from the airport and Waikiki which is 45-60 minutes away. The Polynesian Cultural Center is 10 minutes away and Sunset Beach is 15 minutes past there. Foodland is a major grocery store chain and you will find one 10 minutes away in Laie. Kenekes and Crouching Lion restaurants are 8 minutes away. The building is eight stories high. Avoid lengthy elevator waits on your vacation. This condo is the ground floor corner unit, the most preferred location. All guests have agreed that this condo is the best located unit in the building. Other amenities at the building include barbeque area, workout/weight gym, swimming pool next to the unit with a sunning deck and chairs. There is a small convenience store across the street connected to a Subway sandwich shop. Your parking stall is included and located in front of the unit.
None of the other rentals come close to this one in quality, size and location. The unit extends from one end of the building to the other and measures approximately 850 sq. ft.
The normal rate for up to two people is $174 per night. The state continues to raise taxes so I had to drop my rate again. Rate is based on occupancy for two. Please add $9 per night per person after two people. I will make a Deposit Request so you can see the particulars.

I am a single father who found a way to spend alot of time with my son while making a living. I had no idea the two condos I had purchased before my son was born were zoned for vacation rentals. I believe we can make all the plans we want but the final outcome is up to God. I know many people may only visit Hawaii once in their lifetime and every minute of their time here is precious. I try to treat others as I would like to be treated. I have gained some weight since that picture so I explain to people that I used to be a Chippendale’s Dancer and now I am a Chips Ahoy Dancer! My son is a top student at the University of Hawaii and will be attending medical school when he graduates. He wants to be a top surgeon to help others….not for the moolah. In any of his endeavors he has tweaked a better way of doing things. If you stay here, thank you for helping to pay his tuition. Emmanuel Chen purchased this condo in 1990 Why Emmanuel Chen chose South Oahu Located at the beginning of Waikiki gives easier access avoiding traffic. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and famous sites. Hawaii Convention Center and Ala Moana Mega Mall are five minutes away. What makes this condo unique The free garage parking located close to the elevator is a huge plus. Don’t forget the free fireworks show one block away every Friday night.
