Upon entering this charming home you will find the spacious den with a 40″ flat screen TV. An open floor plan with the kitchen straight ahead and a nice eating nook in the very back of the room. There are three bedrooms upstairs, two queens and one room with a full and a single, all just down the hall from the family room and kitchen. Service for 12 in this well stocked kitchen.

Downstairs you will find a large room with two sets of bunk beds. One has a full and a single stacked, the other has two singles stacked. A 40 inch TV, a 2nd refrigerator and a large bathroom. Just outside is a covered porch perfect for hanging out and reading a book! Along with an outdoor shower.

A charcoal grill and a picnic area are located in the back yard.

Lisa Sparrow

Lisa began her real estate career in the Triangle. After several years of managing their own rental properties, they have now expanded their portfolio to bring their customized rental approach to homeowners who are in need of more personalized services. Lisa and Rusty first came to Topsail Island with friends in the 90’s. They fell in love with Topsail Island and bought their first beach house in 2001, and continued investing in the Island. Rusty began building on the island in 2006 and Lisa took over the management of their beach homes in 2008. They permanently relocated to the island in 2011 and Starfish Rentals and Realty was created.
